Guest Webinar: Increase your employee retention & candidate fit with behavioural profiling
Producing a better functioning team with behavioural profiling will not only help your business, but also help your employees to understand each other better.
But how do we get to this point?
This webinar offers easy to implement tips on how to effectively use a behavioural profiling tool in your organisation, helping you to harness natural talent and build long-term success.
Throughout the session we will look at how behaviour profiling can beneficially impact:
• Role fit – increasing retention rates
• Shortlisting – especially if volume is an issue
• Powerful questions at interview
• Team and cultural fit
• Managing unconscious bias
C-me Colour Profiling
Sonia is passionate about people knowing and using their strengths and the importance of preference diversity in teams. She seeks to enable that through the powerful tool of C-me as a behavioral analytic.
Sonia’s background includes a spell of TV presenting, being CEO of two national charities and a Trustee on the Board of two more. Her long-standing interest in human nature led her to write an award dissertation on the subject at Cambridge University, where she gained a Starred Frist class degree in Theology and Anthropology. Coming full circle Sonia now focuses on identity in the context of personal and team development with C-me.
Sonia is also an NED on the Board of Wrc: an innovation consultancy primarily focused in the water industry.
